Advertising is prohibited. It is forbidden to insert advertising links external to Goleada.

The opening of discussions on political and religious themes and propaganda is prohibited.

Insults of any kind are forbidden.

Any hate speech activity is prohibited.

No bullying is allowed and humiliating comments related to race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity are forbidden.

If you want to criticize the game do it, but in a constructive and above all not offensive way. If you don't like playing, leave the game.

If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

Acceptable use

You can register only one account at a time.

You can't have prefix or username that may be accepted as staff-username.

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of Goleada.org or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Members:

Your account registration information (email address and username). By default, your email address is private unless you use your email address as your username (you really shouldn't do that).
We require a valid email address to send you a emails when you receive a private messages from another users, important alerts (for team deleting, because of non-activity),reminders or news for the game.
Your settings from the "Account Settings" section of the website (such as your chosen timezone and communication preferences).
In some cases (like investigations of fake accounts) we will require and store your real photo, captured with the web camera of your device.
We require validation of your phone number (SMS message). We keep your phone number as hashed string. We don't see it, but we can check if this number is already validated.
Your published Goleada data (uploaded files, articles, forum posts, comments). This is user generated content that is publicly accessible (to our guests as well). Published Goleada content is not hidden behind a member-only wall and is free for all.

What else?

We collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your device type (desktop, tablet or mobile), your IP address, browser type (such as Edge, Chrome or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site. We may see your geographic location based on the IP address. Log files are mainly used for analyzing our website's performance and how our users enjoy our content. However, from time to time we have to deal with DDoS attacks (from ill-minded individuals) or naughty abusive activity (from people who don't value their membership). An IP ban/block could come in handy during such unfortunate occasions.

THIRD PARTY USE

There are social links (Facebook, Twitter, Google+) in the game. Just a links. No third party (social libraries) are loaded and no tracking by such. If you follow these links, they may collect your data.

We use third party embed videos (Youtube, Vimeo) on Goleada. These services may use technology that may collect your data.

We don't publish ads from advertising networks on Goleada.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

You have the right to update your username and/or email address via the Manager Settings area.

You may also request the deletion of a certain forum post or topic you no longer want to remain online, as well as request deletion of your member account as a whole. Deleting your account doesn't mean your published content gets removed with it. You may send a message to dimitar.bozhilov[at]zebum.com with any such requests, and we will respond within thirty (30) days (usually within 24 hours).

No warranties

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Goleada.org makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

If you don't follow these rules you may lose your team or be banned from the game by an Administrator. If you don't log in for more than month, you will lose your team. If new manager don't order his first lineup for more than week, he will lose his team!

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
